Annual Report

Scorecard

The first annual scorecard PDF has been developed with long term goals, baseline data, supporting objectives and a report on the progress against objectives.  Specific progress under each priority is reported in the scorecard which will be released for distribution on May 28, 2008 at the Mackinac Policy Conference.

What do the scores indicate?
The scores on the scorecard indicate how the region is fairing against the progress of the long term goals.  The scores are not a judgment of the work that is being done against the supporting objectives nor are they meant to single out any one individual or organization. Scores are an indicator of where we are as a region and where we need work.

How was data collected?
Data collection for baseline data purposes and for reporting progress is one of the biggest challenges of the One D initiative.  Some data for certain priorities is not currently collected at this time.  One D will continue to find the most accurate and up-to-date data throughout the year.  Whenever possible, individuals who specialize in priority areas were consulted for their expertise on data sources.
