Executive Director & Board Relationship

Understand how to effectively develop, manage and define the roles and responsibilities of the executive director in relation to the board.
- The major elements of nonprofit leadership
- Board, Board Chair and President/CEO roles
- The importance of the performance review of the President & CEO
- Common problems faced by the President and CEO
- Resources to assist in carrying out respective roles

Workshops are held at Lawrence Technological University, located on W. 10 Mile Road west of Northwestern Hwy in Southfield, MI. Sessions are in
Room 336 of the Buell Building. For more information on location,
call 248-204-3095 or email lindman@ltu.edu. During inclement weather, BoardWALK workshops will be cancelled when Southfield schools are cancelled.
